Founded in 1970 in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains by Daniel DUFFOUG-FAVRE, the agency was built on a strong vision: to support every client with proximity, professionalism, and trust.

A Family Story Rooted in the Local Area

The journey began with the opening of the first agency dedicated to property sales and real estate development. Very quickly, Mont-Blanc Immobilier expanded its services to meet the needs of the local market:

• 1972: launch of the holiday rental service

• 1976: creation of the property management and co-ownership (syndic) service

This evolution reflects the group’s ambition to offer comprehensive real estate expertise across the Mont-Blanc region.

Steady Growth Across Alpine Destinations

Driven by increasing demand, the network expanded:

• 1977: opening of agencies in Combloux and Les Contamines-Montjoie

• 2006: opening of the agency in Les Houches

In 2009, Laurent DUFFOUG-FAVRE, son of the founder, took over the management of the group and led a new phase of development.

Between 2011 and 2024, several new agencies opened in key locations: Passy, Sallanches, Megève, Le Fayet and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
