The 1st step is to meet with us (preferably) and discuss what you're looking for: your search criteria, your needs, your expectations, what you don't want, and what your budget is.

2. PRESENTATION AND SELECTION OF PROPERTIES

Once the 1st stage has been completed, we search our catalogue for properties that match your requirements; we select them, present them to you and organise visits.


You haven't yet fallen in love with a property in our catalogue? Don't panic, we'll keep a careful record of your search criteria and will contact you as soon as a property matching your criteria enters our catalogue.

 

 

 

3. NEGOTIATION AND OFFER TO PURCHASE

Together, we've found your gem and now you've decided you want it!
We'll work with you to draw up an offer to purchase, which we'll pass on to the seller.
And, of course, we'll keep you informed.

 

 

 

4. SUPPORT IN THE FINANCING PROCESS

We can recommend financial partners and assist you with the financing process, including preparing the necessary documentation for applying for a mortgage, for example.

 

 

 

5. COORDINATION OF INSPECTIONS AND EXPERT REPORTS

If necessary, we will organise inspections of the property and ensure that all the necessary surveys are carried out, and we will help you to interpret the results.

 

 

 

6. PREPARATION AND SIGNATURE OF CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTs

Your offer is accepted: we take care of preparing the contractual documents, such as the preliminary sales agreement.

 

 

 

7. MONITORING DEADLINES AND CONDITIONS PRECEDENT

We follow the deadlines and conditions precedent laid down in the contract and ensure that all stages are completed on time.

 

 

 

8. COORDINATION WITH THE NOTARY

We work closely with your solicitor (and can also advise you if necessary) to ensure that all legal formalities are complied with and that the transaction runs smoothly.

 

 

 

9. HANDOVER OF KEYS AND POST-TRANSACTION MONITORING
