What is the health protocol implemented by Mont Blanc Immobilier?


At the rental level: each rental is disinfected and ventilated after each tenant by the Mont Blanc Immobilier teams, in addition to the cleaning carried out either by the tenants, or by our agents if the service was taken in addition.

At the adgency level: our staff welcomes you at usual hours, with a mask and offers you hydroalcoholic gel at the entrance of each adgency. Wearing a mask is compulsory for anyone entering one of our branches.

 

How to book my stay?


Browse our holiday rental offers in Saint Gervais les Bains, Les Contamines Montjoie, Combloux, Megève, and Les Houches in the "Book your holidays" section. Refine your search according to your availability dates, type of accommodation, capacity, budget, ski resort and preferred district.
Your reservation includes 4 simple steps from the selection of accommodation to secure online payment, including the choice of additional services. You can book the rental of household linen, cleaning and childcare equipment at the same time as your holiday accommodation. You can also take advantage of our promotional offers for the week, or for weekends and short stays.
Once your reservation is finalized, you will receive a confirmation email which allows you to connect to your customer account with a username and a secure password. Your reservation is final after payment of the deposit and receipt of the contract. Remember to pay the balance one month before your arrival. We are at your disposal for more information on personalized means and terms of payment.

 

I forgot to reserve the sheets when I booked my accommodation, is it too late?


No, you can completely modify, add or delete services up to 15 days before your arrival at your holiday residence in the Pays du Mont-Blanc. You connect to your secure customer account or you contact us directly by phone or email to change your options. We therefore offer several additional services including rental of sheets and towels, end-of-stay cleaning, childcare equipment (chair or cot), fondue and raclette kit, wifi kit, etc.

 

Is my pet allowed in the vacation rental?


We offer a large number of apartments and chalets which accept pets. Select the criterion "pets allowed" in the complete catalog of our vacation rentals, and book the studio, apartment or chalet corresponding to your criteria and your availability.
Some accommodations apply an additional cost for each pet that will accompany you. If this is the case, the information will be given to you in the rental announcement.

 

How do I collect the keys to my accommodation on the day of my arrival?


We welcome you on the day of your arrival at the agency that manages your accommodation, from 4 p.m. Please check the destination ski resort carefully, as we have 4 reception agencies for your vacation rentals located between Saint Gervais les Bains, Les Contamines Montjoie, Combloux and Les Houches. Our offices are open all year round from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
However, if you must arrive before 4 p.m., we invite you to contact us as soon as possible to organize your key collection together. Depending on the date and day, the handover may be early, but it all depends on the occupancy of the accommodation before you.

 

What if I have to arrive outside of agency opening hours?


Please contact the agency as soon as possible so that we can organize your arrival in peace. You will leave a deposit by credit card and / or the balance of the stay and we will specify the arrival procedure in return.

 

How can I cancel my stay?


You must contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the cancellation of your stay. The date being the date on which we will have received your request.
The following cancellation fees apply: 25% fee for a cancellation made up to 31 days of your arrival; 100% done within 30 days of your arrival.
If you have subscribed to the cancellation guarantee and one of the cases of cover applies to your request, contact us by email (email link) and send us your supporting documents. We will reimburse you for the sums paid for your stay, minus a flat rate of € 35, administrative fees and the amount paid for the cancellation guarantee.
