WHICH PACKAGE IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

 

COMPLETE SHORT-TERM MANAGEMENT PACKAGE 


We look for tenants, welcome them and assist them during their stay, collect all the sums due, pay you half-yearly and send you a management report, pay the tourist tax to the town hall and ensure the technical monitoring of your property throughout the year.

 

CONCIERGE SERVICE FOR HANDING OVER THE KEYS 


You look for your own tenants, collect all the sums due yourself (apart from the services sold by the agency), send us the booking form and, depending on the level of service chosen, we manage the reception and stay of your customers.

 

LONG-TERM RENTALS 


We search for your tenants, carry out an inventory and inventory of fixtures on their arrival, collect the rent monthly and pay you at the end of the season.
We assist tenants throughout the season if necessary.

We need to arrange a meeting so that we can visit the property and give you a fair valuation based on the market.
Our valuation takes into account the market and its conditions, the locality and your property and its specific features.
In our estimate, we show you the public rental rate and the owner's net rate that you will be offered for each week rented.

 

 

  • LOCAL SERVICE AND PERSONALISED SUPPORT

We are on site and open all year round. If you need us, we can move quickly and be on your doorstep. 
We welcome your tenants and follow them throughout their stay; we know what they're looking for and how they experience their stay, so we can advise you on specific facilities and equipment that could be a plus for your accommodation. 
We offer tenants a range of ancillary services to complement your rental offer: bed linen hire, towels, Wi-Fi box hire, raclette or fondue machines if your accommodation does not have them (among others).
Finally, our local roots also mean that we can put our address book of local craftsmen and service providers at your disposal, so that we can call on them as quickly as possible if you need us.

We create your advert and distribute it across our entire marketing network, including all the major online booking platforms to optimise your chances of renting.
Everything is connected to our business software so that rates and availability are always up to date for maximum security.
We monitor the occupancy of your accommodation and are responsive to the market to optimise it: for example, we offer one-off or last-minute discounts.
We offer our holidaymakers an online booking service on our website, with the option of paying for their stay online in total security.

As an owner, you have access to your online owner's area so that you can view your schedules, make your personal bookings and print out your management statements.

 

 

  • DAILY ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT AND PAYMENT AT THE END OF EACH SEASON

We manage our files on a daily basis and guarantee that your accounts are up to date.
We receive all the sums due for your tenants' stays and pay you your rent together with a management statement at the end of each summer and winter season.
We collect tourist tax from tenants and pay it to the local council on your behalf.
