It has a Southern exposure with view of the Miage Glacier, and terrace.

The chalet is composed of :

On the ground floor :

- A bedroom with double bed BZ.
- A shower room with toilet.

On the 1st floor :

- A living room with sofa, armchairs, wood stove, television with DVD player, HIFI and dining area.

- One bedroom with double bed.
- A bathroom with bathtub, sink.
- An independent toilet.

On the 2nd floor :

- 2 bedrooms : each with 2 single beds.
- A bathroom with shower and sink.
