The Chalet des Alpages holiday residence is situated in the Gens area of Les Houches, in a peaceful, natural setting, ideal for a holiday in the mountains. Located on the outskirts of the village, it enjoys unspoilt surroundings close to hiking trails. The centre of Les Houches, the shops, the ESF and the shuttle bus are around 900 m away, whilst the ski slopes are 2.1 km away. In winter, access to the residence involves a steep slope of around 1 km, requiring suitable equipment. A popular location for enjoying the peace and quiet and mountain activities all year round.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this comfortable 28 m² one-bedroom apartment with a sleeping cabin, located in the Les Gens area of Les Houches. Accommodating up to 5 guests, this first-floor apartment features a balcony with pleasant views of the surrounding natural scenery. It is an ideal base for mountain lovers wishing to explore the Mont Blanc Valley while enjoying a peaceful setting close to numerous hiking trails and outdoor activities.

You will have access to the residence's parking area as well as a ski locker, making your winter stay even more convenient. Please note that access to the residence requires suitable winter equipment during the snowy season. The building is located approximately 900 metres uphill from the village centre, which should be taken into consideration when travelling in winter.
Additional services may be booked for an extra charge, subject to availability and upon request through our agency. These include WiFi box rental, household linen rental (bed linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels), baby equipment rental (high chair and travel cot), as well as end-of-stay cleaning.
Pillows, duvets, blankets and kitchenware are provided in the apartment. Household products and everyday consumables (toilet paper, bin bags, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, etc.) are not provided. Unless otherwise stated in the listing, bed linen and towels are not included and may be booked as an optional extra.
